February is the start of beach body season. Not because you should be romping around outside in your swimsuit and flip flops while drinking mai tais, but because it's when the effort required to feel confidant in said swim suit begins. We all plan to hit the gym in preparation of that memorial day bbq, the problem is we wait until the day or week before to do it.

IF YOU WAIT UNTIL SUMMER TO WORK ON HOW YOU WANT YOUR BODY TO FEEL AND LOOK IN THE SUMMER, YOU ARE TOO LATE.

It can take months before you see true changes in the mirror, and even that requires consistent effort. If you start in February you give yourself the ability to pace your intensity, not feel tortured, and possibly build habits that you can hold on to the rest of the year.
